What we offer?
We offer our clients the entire cycle of processes for manufacturing products from sheet metals: cutting, bending, welding, thread cutting, fastener insertion, engraving, and powder coating. We accept orders in various volumes – from single pieces to large series of tens of thousands of parts. The absence of a minimum volume requirement, combined with short production times (an average of 5–7 working days), allows you to order the necessary parts exactly when you need them.

Processes
Cutting
We offer laser and waterjet cutting services for various types of sheet materials.
Laser cutting provides high productivity and precision.
Waterjet cutting is suitable for cutting thick materials (up to 100mm).
Bending
We utilize CNC press brakes, which provide high precision and repeatability in bending. We have 60-ton and 150-ton press brakes with which we can tackle any task.
For the fabrication of cylindrical details from sheet metal, we employ a rolling machine.
Welding
We weld low-carbon and stainless steels, as well as aluminium alloys.
Fasteners, threads, chamfers
We machine-thread nuts and bolts, tap threads, and create chamfers. For other mechanical processes, please send us an inquiry.

Laser engraving
