Waterjet cutting
We offer waterjet cutting services for virtually any material, including those unsuitable for laser cutting: metals, organic materials, stone, carbon.

Why waterjet cutting?
Waterjet cutting is a process where a high-pressure stream of water mixed with an abrasive material is directed to cut the material. The machines are controlled by a computer system (CNC), allowing for positioning with extremely high accuracy. Waterjet cutting is a preferred technology for cutting materials that are not suitable for laser cutting. Among its advantages are:
Absence of thermal influence
Waterjet cutting does not raise the temperature of the processed material, which means there is no temperature deformation or compromise of the material's internal structure.
Precision cutting of complex details
Thanks to the thin cutting stream and computer control, extremely sharp angles, holes, and complex shapes with a small internal radius – smaller than the thickness of the processed material – can be cut. The waterjet machine we work with has extremely high processing accuracy of +/- 0.1mm.
Cost-effective
Thanks to precise cutting and thin cuts, the cut material is used more efficiently, resulting in minimal production loss.
Variety of materials
A waterjet machine can cut virtually any material, including those that cannot be cut with a laser – glass, mirrored surfaces, organic materials – up to 100mm thick.
Short lead times
Production preparation is quick and easy.
