Laser cutting
We offer high-quality laser cutting of different sheet materials. We cut black and stainless steels, aluminum, copper, brass and other alloys.

Why choose laser cutting?
Laser cutting is an extremely economical, highly productive and flexible method of cutting a variety of materials. The machines are controlled by a computer system (CNC), which allows positioning with extremely high precision. Among the advantages of the technology are:
Short production times
There is effectively no preparation and adjustment of the machines. A vector file is directly fed to the laser, and the cutting itself is done at high speed.
It is economical
There is no cost for materials and instrumental preparation. Since the cutting is controlled by a computer, the material being cut is used more efficiently, resulting in less production waste.
A flexible process
Laser cutting allows the economical production of both single parts and large series of tens of thousands of parts. It is suitable for the production of prototypes — with the same technology and quality of serial production.
High cutting accuracy
The laser machines we work with have extremely high processing accuracy of +/- 0.1mm, which allows us to produce complex details with precise dimensions.
Intricate details
The ability to produce parts with complex shapes eliminates the need for many additional operations. Our technologies allow us to cut holes with a size smaller than the thickness of the processed material.
Clean cut without slag
No need for additional processing. In most cases, laser and water jet treatment is definitive.

Machines
We operate two laser systems – a fiber laser and a CO2 laser. The different technologies allow us to be flexible in choosing the right machine for each job.
